To the Polarbares Snowmobile club
I hereby apply for membership in the Polarbares Snowmobile club and do
hereby agree to abide by the by-laws of the club and to promote the sport
of snowmobiling. I AGREE to ride only on marked trails, not to trespass and
encourage others to be responsible snowmobilers. I agree to support the club,
pay the required dues and to participate in as many events as I can. I represent
that I have personal injury and property damage insurance. I understand
that all memberships include a subscription to the Illinois Snowmobiler Magazine
and two trail decals.
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP (annual dues $35.00) does not require but welcomes participation.
